The Buffalo Bills have announced that quarterback Kyle Orton will get the start in Detroit next Sunday, in place of EJ Manuel, who will assume the backup role.Head coach Doug Marrone says Sunday's 23-17 loss at Houston "wasn't all EJ's fault. We just need more overall production from that position."
Marrone said the decision was discussed with GM Doug Whaley, who was in full agreement when it was made early Monday afternoon.
Marrone also said, "We have a playoff caliber team. This gives us the best opportunity to win."
