State's first Hispanic mayor charting path for Dunkirk

New York State's first-ever Hispanic mayor is serving in a near-by local community. Dunkirk Mayor Wilfried "Willie" Rosas took the oath of office last week after he won a landslide victory last fall.  But he faces major challenges to turn around economic development. WBFO's Eileen Buckley spoke to Mayor Rosas who will be recognized by Governor Andrew Cuomo at next week's State of the State Address.
