Buffalo, NY –
The leader of Erie County's Democratic Party says he thought Tuesday night's speech by U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton, at the Democratic National Convention, was spectacular.

Fresh off the excitement of the speech, Chairman Len Lenihan reached the WBFO Newsroom by cell phone from Denver.

Lenihan says he believes Clinton accomplished the task of creating unity to support Barack Obama.

"I walked out of this arena last night, with people from Buffalo and other states, and you could just feel the excitement an emotion and the sensitivity of just how important this election is. It is about really changing the lives of working people and people who don't have the millions and millions that the republicans have,"said Lenihan.

Lenihan says he believes Wednesday night's speech, from former President Bill Clinton, will deliver a clear and broad based view of how things have dramatically change in eight years since he left office.
