Governor Andrew Cuomo released updated numbers regarding the COVID-19 pandemic in New York State. The trend continues in a positive direction as hospitalizations, ICU patients and intubations have all decreased. Test across the state showed a positive result rate of less than one percent. In Western New York, the positive test rate was also below one percent on Friday.
Cuomo urged New Yorkers to continue being diligent in wearing masks and social distancing to further this progress.
