NFTA Transit Police are interviewing witnesses to a fatal stabbing that occurred Friday night inside a bus at the Ellicott Street bus station. Detectives report that two women began arguing before the situation escalated to a physical confrontation. Both individuals were injured and transported to ECMC for treatment. The victim who was stabbed later died.
The incident occurred just before 9 PM. No charges have been reported at this time.
