Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Ed Oliver was arrested in Texas Saturday night on DWI and weapons possession charges.According toMontgomeryCountyPoliceReporter.com, the pick-up truck Oliver was driving was pulled over by a deputy in Montgomery County, Texas, after a dispatcher received a call of vehicle that was being operated dangerously.
The sheriff's report said Oliver had an open beer between his legs. He was charged with driving while intoxicated.
A pistol was found during a search of the vehicle, resulting in an additional charge of unlawfully carrying a weapon.

The Bills released a statement Sunday morning saying they're aware of the situation and are gathering more information.
