First Niagara transition to KeyBank taking effect this weekend

In the coming days, KeyBank will finish its takeover of First Niagara. KeyBank's Gary Quenneville took a few moments during the hectic transition period to address some of the issues the bank and its customers are facing.

During an interview with WBFO, KeyBank regional executive Gary Quenneville offered some thoughts to First Niagara customers as they make the transition into KeyBank.

A graduate of St. Mary's of the Lake School, St. Francis High School and Buffalo State College, Jay has worked most of his professional career in Buffalo. Outside of public media, he continues in longstanding roles as the public address announcer for the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League and as play-by-play voice of Canisius College basketball.
