High winds damaged a signal light at the busy intersection of the 198 at Parkside Avenue in Buffalo.

One of the signal lights facing traffic at the 198 is twisted, dangling and swinging. It is causing some confusion for traffic as it swings toward the traffic on Parkside waiting to turn onto the 198.
Department of Transportation crews are on the scene to fix the signal, but if you are headed through that intersection, take extra caution.
