Buffalo Police are searching for an arsonist who has come up missing. Shakita Harris is on parole for setting an apartment on fire in order to chase out its occupants. Police are asking for assistance in searching for the 28-year-old Harris, a black woman with short hair and average weight. Anyone with information is asked to call 716 867-6161.
A $1000 reward is being offered for information that leads to her arrest.
