A two-year-old girl is in critical condition at Women and Children's Hospital after police say she was struck Sunday night in an apparent hit-and-run. The incident happened on Floss Avenue near Genesee Street just after 9 p.m. The vehicle in question is believed to be a white, four-door Chevy Impala with tinted windows. The driver is described as a black male, possibly 25 to 35 years old.
Buffalo Police identified the victim Monday afternoon as Alicea Xayeliz of Buffalo.
