WBFO News

The NFTA is taking steps to eliminate the use of e-cigarettes on its buses and trains. The practice, known as vaping, allows smokers to enjoy smoking without lighting actual cigarettes. Complaints about vaping have led the Authority to review their guidelines and to propose a ban on the practice. Before the ban becomes official, the Authority must allow state and public review of the proposal.

There will be a 45 day feedback period before the NFTA will determine its course of action.
