The National Weather Service says there will be snow and blowing snow along with bitterly cold wind chills.
3 to 5 inches of snow is expected Thursday. 2 to 4 inches by Thursday night and an inch or less on Friday with storm totals of 6 to 11 inches. The storm is expected to cut visibility as low as a half mile. Travel will be difficult at times with snow covered roads and poor visibility due to snow and blowing snow.
It will be very cold with wind chills of 15 to 20 below zero Thursday night and Friday morning. Bitterly cold wind chills will pose a risk for frost bite and hypothermia for anyone outside for even short periods of time.
