Buffalo-born cinematographer Steven Bernstein's list of credits includes comedies such as "The Waterboy," and "Scary Movie 2." Now, Bernstein's energies have focused on more serious matters as he directs "Decoding Annie Parker."
The film stars Helen Hunt, Samantha Morton, Aaron Paul, Rashida Jones and Corey Stoll.
Before wide release early next year, there will be a special screening Thursday night at Dipson's Amherst Theater to benefit Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
