A Town of Tonawanda man faces multiple charges after a five car accident Friday afternoon.
Forty-three year old William Collins failed to stop his vehicle, causing a chain reaction. Collins and his passenger were treated for injuries.
Collins faces a felony DWI charge along with a series of traffic violations.
