The driver being sought in a fatal car crash turned himself in to Chautauqua County Sheriffs deputies on Friday.
Twenty-two year old Jermiah Burgess was behind the wheel early Thursday morning in Hanover when his car crashed, killing his passenger, 22-year-old Jeremy Long. When authorities arrived at the scene, Burgess was missing.
Burgess has not been formally charges as yet, but his attorney claims that he is cooperating with the investigation.
