The request for a mistrial in the case against Beth Lynne Hoskins has been denied.
Hoskins is facing 74 misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty in connection with horses housed at her East Aurora Farm. Presiding Justice Douglas Marky has determined that information introduced by the prosecution must be shared with the defense amidst other concessions to allow the trial to continue.
The progression of the case will be determined in court next week.
