WBFO/AM 970 News

The investigation into the presence of Buffalo police officer Martin Motley III at Dr. Timothy Jorden's Lake View home continues.

Shortly after Jorden shot and killed his ex-girlfriend at ECMC on Wednesday, Motley was found leaving Jorden's home carrying cash, a Rolex watch and a gun. He has been suspended without pay, though he has been out on injured-on-duty status since 2009.

Police Commissioner Daniel Derenda would not say if charges are pending.
