Total rises to 16 Kingsmen convicted

Sixteen members of the Kingsmen Motorcycle Club have now been convicted with the latest guilty plea Monday morning in U.S. District Court.

The U.S. Attorney's office says Glen Stacharczyck, 53, of Buffalo pleaded guilty to RICO conspiracy before Judge Elizabeth Wolford. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Authorities say Stacharczyck was a member of the North Tonawanda and South Buffalo chapters of the Kingsmen, which were selling drugs and firearms. Sentencing is scheduled for December.

Another five members have also been charged. Among those convicted is Kingsmen National President David Pirk.
