An Erie County Deputy stopped a vehicle on Grand Island for operating without tail lights and running a stop sign. What he discovered was that the driver's license had 46 active suspensions and his driving privileges had been revoked.
The Sheriff said 49-year-old Enoch Cray of Rochester was arrested and is being held for his arraignment Wednesday.
Also discovered was 43-year-old passenger Lisa Lee of Niagara Falls, who the Sheriff said had an outstanding Erie County Family Court warrant for failure to pay child support. Lee also was arrested, but has since been released on $500 bail.
