Buffalo police have increased patrols in the Hertel-Parkside neighborhood of the city, as they investigate a rash of vandalism over the last 2 days. Police report about a dozen parked vehicles have had windows damaged from a vandal or vandals shooting a BB gun, probably in late night and overnight hours. Anyone with information regarding these incidents is asked to call police at 851-4413.
