Three Buffalo State students are accused of running a scheme to steal identities and create bogus credit and debit cards. The Erie County District Attorney's Office announced that two 23-year-old students and a 25-year-old student, all from Yonkers, were charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and criminal possession of a forgery device. Police say they investigated the trio over a yearlong period and found that the students used the cards in a local store and for online purchases. The 23-year-old student was also charged in a slashing with a razor blade on campus in September.
