Man accused of murdering his half-brother

A resident of the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation is accused of murdering his half-brother.

Erie County Sheriff's detectives arrested 22-year-old Cody Testerman of Brant Reservation Road on Tuesday morning.  He is being charged with second-degree murder in North Collins court this afternoon in the death of 20-year-old Jessie Seneca.

Seneca's body was discovered by a nearby resident Saturday afternoon on a dirt road off Route 438.  He was last seen alive last Wednesday morning, July 11.

Testerman surrender without incident and gave a statement to the Sheriff's Office.  The investigation continues with the assistance of New York State Police and Seneca Marshalls.
