The new wing of the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA made its public debut Thursday. The $71 million expansion brings 35 new tenants with 15 more to come in 2015.

The new stores include White House Black Market, Disney, Forever 21, American Eagle, Aerie, Vera Bradley, The Limited, Kenneth Cole, Crocs, Clarks, New York and Company, Swarovski and Merrell.

Macerich Real Estate Vice President of Outlet Marketing Ann Ackerman says the 175,000 square-foot addition will make the Niagara Falls mall outlet one of the largest in the country.

“The expansion allows us to be the dominant outlet center on both sides of the border. The ability to actually go in and do an over $10 million renovation on the existing property allows us to provide not only a better selection of stores, but a better shopping environment for our customers, as well,” said Ackerman.

Ackerman says shoppers were most excited to check out the Disney store, Vera Bradley and Perry Ellis during Thursday’s soft opening.

The Fashion Outlets will hold a ribbon-cutting and grand opening ceremony for the new addition on November 6. The event will feature cirque performers and a fashion show.
