“It’s no secret to anyone that healthcare’s changing. It’s changing nationally, it’s changing regionally. BlueCross BlueShield has been a leader in this process and we want to enhance our already outstanding service and make sure that our individual members receive all the information that they need at the right time in order to make necessary healthcare decisions for their families and these jobs will help us do that,” said Anderson.
Anderson says the jobs are well paying with high benefits. He says employees in Pennsylvania will have the right of first refusal to the positions, but it’s likely that many workers will not relocate leaving the positions open to western New York residents.
