An international author of an award winning book about Poland is in Buffalo this weekend. Beata Zatorska wrote "Rose Petal Jam: Recipes and Stories from a Summer in Poland". Her husband -- Simon Target -- is a professional photographer -- who took all the photos for the book. Zatorska is a doctor and they live in Australia. Buffalo is their very first visit to the U.S. Their first American stop was Friday, right here at our studio were they met with WBFO'S Eileen Buckley to discuss the book. Zatorska will be appearing at the Broadway Market at noon Saturday for its lecture series.
