Buffalo, NY – A local union fears thousands of lower West Side residents would loss access to affordable healthcare if Kaleida Health shuts down the Mattina Community Health Center.

WBFO'S Eileen Buckley says Kaleida says the center is no longer affordable, but the union believes its been blocked out of the decision.
