Buffalo, NY – Opening arguments are scheduled to begin Friday morning in the Riccardo McCray murder trial.
McCray is accused of fatal shooting four people last August at the City Grill on Main Street in Buffalo. Jury selection for the trail is complete. The all white jury is made up of four women and eight men. The three alternate jurors are also men. A gag order has been issued for this trial. Security is tight has also been heightened because it involves a former gang member.
