Buffalo, NY – More than 300 events will take place at Buffalo's inner harbor this summer as part of a grassroots effort to make sure Buffalo's unique story gets told.
The Cultural Committee of the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation Thursday unveiled the twenty proposals that were chosen to be part of this summer's packed line-up at the inner harbor.
WBFO's Joyce Kryszak talked with Corporation board member Maureen Hurley about some of the cultural events that are planned. Hurley said there will be 876 hours of programming highlighting the history of the Erie Canal District through story and song.
