Justice Fahey takes oath for new term on appellate court

Buffalo, NY – Justice Eugene Fahey will take the oath of office Monday in a ceremonial courtroom in Old County Hall.

Fahey will serve a 14-year term in the Appellate Division of the State Supreme Court. The ceremony begins at 12:30 and is open to the public.

Associate Justice Salvatore Martoche and Congressman Brian Higgins are among those who will deliver special remarks.

Fahey is a former Buffalo Common Council Member. He was appointed to his current post in 2006.
