Buffalo, NY – The pretrial hearing for the alleged City Grill shooter opened Monday. Attorneys for Riccardo McCray told Erie County Judge Sheila di Tullio that they have video of two persons firing shots outside the restaurant.
It's the first suggestion that more than one person was firing a weapon during the incident in which four persons were killed and four wounded.
The hearing is scheduled to resume Tuesday afternoon. According to the Buffalo News, McCray will be one of the first defense witnesses.
