Buffalo, NY – Congressman Brian Higgins and the Peace Bridge Authority are proposing a tunnel to connect the Peace Bridge with the Niagara section of the Thruway, eliminating a ramp which currently scars Front Park. While it was all smiles at a news conference last week, controversy continues to swirl around the Peace Bridge proposal, especially its impact on the nearby neighborhood.
