Buffalo, NY – A number of agencies are joining a partnership between the Western New York Coalition for the Homeless and the Homeless Alliance of Western New York to prepare warming shelters this winter.
An effort called Code Blue will provide warming shelters for the homeless between November fifteenth and March fifteenth on especially frigid nights or during blizzard conditions.
