Buffalo, NY – A judge blocked the State's attempt to collect taxes on cigarettes sold by Indian-owned businesses. State supreme court judge Rose Sconiers issued an injunction against a state tax law the Governor signed last month. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley has details on Tuesday's court hearing.
