Buffalo, – Willie Evans, former UB Alumni Association president, delivered the Memorial address at Wednesday's annual Millard Fillmore Commeroration. Those attending the commemoration walked across icy snow in a steady, freezing rain at Forest Lawn in Buffalo. Large wreaths were placed at Fillmore's monument including a wreath delivered by the U.S. Military from President Bush. Evans spoke of Fillmore as a U.S. President and a Buffaloian.
