Buffalo, NY – WBFO presents another story that was recorded at StoryCorps in Buffalo this past summer. Dominique Diing is a Lost Boy of Sudan. In the 1980s, his village was attacked. He escaped to Ethiopia but was forced to return to his homeland a couple of years later. Dominique then fled again, this time walking more than one thousand miles to Kenya.

Dominique described his experience with his friend, Manon Jokaleu at StoryCorps. Click the audio player above to hear their conversation now or use your podcasting software to download it to your computer or iPod.
