Buffalo, NY – The Buffalo Board of Education took up the issue of possible disciplinary action against McKinley High School administrators Wednesday night, in connection with the extended suspension of Jayvonna Kincannon last December.
After a public session, the board went behind closed doors into executive session for two hours to discuss the situation with Superintendent James Williams and an attorney detailing the board's rights.
After the executive session, board members said privacy issues and attorney-client privilege would not allow them to have a public discussion on the matter.
