Buffalo, NY – David Paterson appeared in Buffalo for the first time Thursday since becoming Governor.

Paterson held a private, 25 minute meeting with Mayor Byron Brown and Congressman Brian Higgins. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley has details of his visit to City Hall.
