Buffalo, NY – Jim discusses Black Crook, believed to be the first-ever musical when it opened September 18th 1866. We hear about Billy Watson's "Beef Trust", and Jim welcomes Tony's parents to town, who will be here for next week's Curtain Up! festivities. We'll also hear about Charles Busch and Lady in Question, plus 100 Saints You Should Know, the Kate Fodor play which began at the Chautauqua Institution, and is now on Broadway.
