Buffalo, NY – The search for fugitive Ralph "Bucky" Phillips has now moved to Niagara County.
Philips was spotted Tuesday in the town of Lewiston, and managed to elude police after a foot chase. A stolen car allegedly taken by Phillips was found on the Tuscarora Indian Reservation.
Phillips escaped from the Erie County Correctional Facility in April, and is wanted in connection with the shooting of a state trooper in June.
