Bills cut Quarterback Jordan Palmer, Punter Brian Moorman

Just days after he was signed, the Buffalo Bills released back-up quarterback Jordan Palmer Friday.

Palmer joined the Bills after spending most of the pre-season with the Chicago Bears.  But his performance in Thursday night's pre-season finale was lackluster.  That leaves the Bills with just two quarterbacks on the roster -- starter EJ Manuel and back-up Jeff Tuel.

The Bills also cut popular punter Brian Moorman and wide receiver Namaan Roosevelt, who was a star at the University at Buffalo.

Buffalo also cut defensive lineman Landon Cohen, which is somewhat of a surprise given his strong play during the pre-season.
