Primary 2013: Election results

Primary 2013: Polls closed at 9 p.m. Tuesday.  Voter turnout was reported to be light by the Erie County Board of Election Democratic Commissioner Dennis Ward. 

In the city of Buffalo a democratic primary race for Mayor pitted incumbent Byron Brown against former FBI Special agent-in-charge in Buffalo Bernie Tolbert.  The winner will face republican opponent Sergio Rodriguez in the November election.

Stage set at the Statler for Mayor Brown campaign and primary results

Anchor Mark Philips will have results following the President's address on Syria.

Chris Caya is following the Brown campaign at the Statler City Terrace Room in downtown Buffalo. Mike Desmond is reporting on the Tolbert campaign from The Metropolitan Banquet Center on Main Street in Buffalo.
