The impeachment trial of President Donald Trump could last several weeks and will pre-empt many programs on the WBFO schedule.
The trial will start Tuesday at 1 p.m. and could run six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Proceedings are expected to begin each day at 1 p.m. and might end anywhere between 5 p.m. and 1 a.m. the following day.
NPR and WBFO is committed to carrying the coverage live on-air. Bringing you in-depth national news is important and we know that it is a vital service to our listeners.
Thank you so very much for carrying the articles of impeachment mark-up hearing live!!I don't have cable TV and regular networks are not carrying this hearing, so WBFO/NPR is my only news source in real time. I have recently been able to afford to support WBFO/NPR with a financial donation, and have often wished I could do so in the past. Thank you so much--again--to all the wonderful staff and reporters for the amazing work you do every single day. --A New Member
But we also recognize that certain hosts and programs are a part of your life. Listening to them becomes like a daily chat with a friend-- and you would miss something if they didn't stop by on any particular day.
Here's a list of streams and podcasts that will let you listen to various programs on the WBFO schedule, even when they aren't carried on our airwaves.
