Buffalo police say a man died in a pedestrian accident late Saturday night. An arrest has been made.It happened around 10:15pm on the 600 block of Military Road.
A police spokesman says a 51-year-old male pedestrian was struck by an SUV, described as a Nissan Pathfinder. He was taken to the Erie County Medical Center where he later died. The victim was not identified.
Police have arrested the driver, identified as Tiffany Allen, 43, of Buffalo, charging her with vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.
