The Outer Harbor Coalition has submitted a Local Landmark Nomination for the now-vacant Terminal A building on Fuhrmann Boulevard. The former Ford Motor Co. plant, constructed in 1930-1931, was designed by notable architect Albert Kahn, who built many of America's industrial spaces. The nomination goes before the Buffalo Preservation Board for a vote Thursday afternoon. WBFO's Marian Hetherly talked with Annie Schentag about the significance of Terminal A. She is a Preservation Specialist with kta preservation specialists, which wrote the nomination.
