A Lockport woman has been charged with violating Leandra's Law after an accident Friday evening. Andrea Lang was driving westbound on Robinson Road when she crossed the yellow line, striking and eastbound vehicle. She had a 5-year-old passenger in her car. Lang and the child escaped without injury. The driver of the other car was transported to ECMC for treatment.
The 34-year-old Lang failed field sobriety tests and is being held in the Niagara County Jail.
The investigation into the accident is continuing.
