A Williamsville man was killed Friday night when he was struck by a car while crossing the 1300 block of Maple Road.
Amherst Police identified the victim as 68-year-old Jeffrey Lyons. Police say he sustained multiple injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car was a 2005 Chevrolet. So far, no charges have been filed against the driver.
An investigation is continuing.
