Buffalo Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that happened Sunday afternoon.
Police responded to a call about a shooting just before 1:15 p.m. on the 100 block of Victoria Avenue. Detectives say one man believed to be in his late 20s was shot and is suffering from serious injuries. He has been taken to ECMC for treatment.
