A fire on Sunday afternoon at the former Trinity Baptist church has resulted in the emergency demolition of a portion of the building.
Division Fire Chief Michael Biasillo says the east side building is unsafe and if the whole building isn't taken down, the back of it should be. The fire which primarily hit the back of the building left $50,000 in damages to the structure.
No one one was hurt. The Buffalo Fire Department is investigating to learn the cause of the fire.
