Plantasia Garden and Landscape show opens today at 10 a.m. at the Fairgrounds Event Center in Hamburg. This year's theme is "Plantasia Rocks" and is intended to be the inspiration for garden designs.
Plantasia features sixteen different theme gardens created by local nursery and landscape professionals and are filled with beautiful flowers, shrubs, ponds, water features, patios and accessories.
In addition to the numerous free daily seminars and the 175-plus vendors in the Garden Marketplace, Plantasia will also feature the Children's Discovery Garden with numerous activities hosted by the Buffalo Botanical Gardens.
The show runs through April 3. Over 14,000 people attended last year's show.
