Authorities are turning to the public for assistance with a Wyoming County murder case. Village of Perry resident Kira Kastenhuber is facing a second-degree murder charge in the strangulation death of 33-year-old Desirae Withey. New York State Police investigators are still seeking to understand what drove the 38-year-old Kastenhuber's actions.
